Goal of the workshop: This workshop will provide participants with a working understanding of Cultural Intelligence and its practical relevance and application in the work and life domains.
Participants will have the opportunity explore ways in which they can effectively apply cultural intelligence in cross-cultural spaces both at work and in life. Relevant examples and strategies will be shared to enhance participants’ understanding of cultural intelligence. Participants will create a personal action plan on they will further develop and apply cultural intelligence both at work and in life.
